Please reference the date of order, product ordered and shipping address so your order can be identified, along with any issues you have. If the product is misprinted/damaged/defective then please also provide a photo within 3 weeks of receiving the item, so a reshipment or refund can be processed. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
We unfortunately can not guarantee a replacement if you change your mind, or the wrong size was selected, as all products are made to order. But please provide feedback to support@arlosfox.com
